Tips of Appointment
1. More early you set up appointment, more time choice you have. Please try to book your appointment earlier (we suggest at least one day before).
2. Punctuality is very important. Lateness of an appointment may affect other appointments. Your services time may be cut. And, please call immediately to notice us if you are running late, otherwise, your spots will open to other customers if you are late more than 5 minutes without any notice.
3. We do not set up any appointment via email. It is important to include your phone number in your email, we will call you to set up appointment via phone.
4. Please leave voice message if we did not pick up your call. We apologize for unable to pick up the phone when we are busy with customers. Please leave your message include services, for how many people, date, time and your phone number for appointments; we will check availability, and call you back as soon as possible.
Policies for Groupon vouchers
Groupon is only for New Client(the FIRST time customer).
For customer who has been here before, unfortunately, you cannot use it. You need to call Groupon for refund, or give to someone who never been here before. You are still able to use all discounts from our Home page.
Please read the voucher carefully, and follow all the policies, otherwise, your voucher may be rejected. For the promotional value, the voucher must be used before the expiration day. For promotional value expired voucher, the difference of the service's original price will be applied.
We do not take walk in and last minutes appointment for using Groupon voucher. Your appointments need to base on our daily schedules.
Please make your appointments 7 days in advance due to limited availability. We take maximum for two people at same time for using Groupon voucher.
Please be here 5-10 minutes earlier, and have the voucher number or bar cord (this is not the confirmation number of your purchase.) ready to be redeemed in order to avoid any delay.
